How often have you caught yourself looking at a passerby with the perfect 10 body, and wishing it was you?
Have you paused to see what they eat?
I actually wondered what it was that made them so fit and me so not. And so, I have been observing people in cafe lines, restaurants, and so on. Do you know the interesting thing – I noticed almost all of the healthy people had better habits.
I would notice the healthy people picking up yogurt parfait, fruits, oatmeal, etc for breakfast instead of omlettes, sausage links and potatoes. And at lunch, I noticed that the healthy people ate salads and clear soups, while the unhealthy people made food choices of burgers, soda and fries.
I find that it is extremely difficult to change my choices, when I lean towards the unhealthy food, and don’t see immediate results.
So now it makes me wonder, do I choose to be unhealthy and not a perfect 10 every time I choose a burger or salad? Or is there something more to it?
Probably should keep a short deadline and try it? Will you join me?
